They taste about like sirloin, and are similar to fillet Mignon in tenderness and texture. Who knew? I grilled one with salt and pepper (on an electric grill) and it was a delightful lunch. I recommend accompanying with an nice instant coffee at lunchtime, or red wine in the evening.
